Refund policy

We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@pureecoliving.store. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This will be deducted from your refund unless you are returning an item due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@pureecoliving.store so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
